I am totally disappointed in this restaurant and the lack of service! The service and order accuracy leaves something to be desired! My husband ordered 4 meals yesterday spending $62.00 and 2 out of 4 meals were incorrect! I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with mustard and extra bacon and I got burger with 4 large pickle slices ( I am allergic to pickles). I don’t know who you had working night shift other than kids but you had a delivery guy banging to be let in the back door with a cart full of things and me sitting in drive thru to order for at least 3/4 minutes when I told them they had delivery at back door the boy laughed and asked what they guy got so mad he had to walk around to the customer entrance me personally I would’ve left, and when you called to ask why your supplies weren’t there I’d tell u to ask the kids you had working! Multiple of us were standing at the takeout counter and several employees walked by and ignored us. When I was finally helped, I had to go get my own soft drink and the machine was completely out of ice. The restaurant also stunk like sour milk.
Horrible customer service!! They give you one condiment per bag even when you order multiple orders. I asked for more and she said theres already some in the bag when there wasn't any other than the one she handed me she seemed bothered on helping us out when i asked politely. Its always something wrong with my order and mainly customer service sucks the place is always dirty. Tables, floors, soda machine.
