The custard was delicous but the chicken sandwiches? Horrible imagine paying 10bucks for a sandwich that literally tastes like a precooked frozen Tyson chicken patty tossed in the microwave then placed on walmart brand hamburger buns. 1/10 on the sandwich but 10/10 on the custard.
I usually come here just for the frozen custard. I can’t speak to the rest of the menu, but the custard is delicious and has great flavor. That said, almost every time I order, it’s already half melted by the time it’s handed to me. I end up having to eat it really quickly, which isn’t the case at other custard or ice cream shops in the area. Not sure why it’s always so soft here. I get to window to pickup my order and they could not find it. I showed them my app receipt and order number where it clearly stated order was ready waited 15 minutes still could not find my order a kid comes to window asking me for my payment I told him I had already paid via the mobile app and I was absolutely not paying again he then goes back to get a manager she was just as clueless as the other kid. Manager doesn’t honor the offers sent out by national HQ via email. Spent a half hour trying to get it to work. Sent message to support, reply was lacking. No way to speak with someone.
