Second time to come to Freddy's, was looking forward to it. I ordered the Freddy's original burger. It was the biggest pile of slop I've ever had . the burger looked like it had been made for a while and sat on . the bread was compressed thinner than a pancake . it had so much crap on it it wouldn't hold together. I'll never go back to that nasty I would give it negative stars if that was an option

I want to give a shout out to an employee, Latoya, at the Collierville, TN location. She was on point March 9th, at 10:49 am.. taking care of mistakes in my order. The cashier was either new or didn’t take her role seriously, but Latoya took care of me with perfect professionalism. She had her hands full with the other employees that day, I could tell. First time trying Freddy's Custard. Used the drive thru. The line was short but the wait was quite longer than expected, however this might be the norm since it was my first visit. The food was very hot and fresh, which may account for the wait so I was ok with that. Unfortunately part of my order was missing so I had to wait again for that. Most of the items were delicious.
