We placed an order thru Doordash. We just want to thank the restaurant for passing off the stale fries to customers who aren't present so we can't complain in person. Also for getting our burger order wrong. Thanks for the pickles! We hate pickles. Last but not least, thank you for the used, wadded up napkin place in the bag with our food. That was a special touch! You really shouldn't have. 🤮We got all that for about $40 after doordash added on all their BS fees. Always enjoyed the food you guys serve... But not today.
Oh man, where to even start..you know what they say, you only leave reviews if you had a terrible experience but rarely when you have a good one. It was my first time going to Freddy's, and I'll say this: I wasn't disappointed. The burgers were fantastic, but what left an impression on me was how amazing the customer service is. As soon as I walked in Roy greeted me with a warm welcome, with Karen greeting me shortly after.
