Food we don't know nobody would wait on you. Service there wasn't any. Atmosphere weird. The lady's in front of me saying hello is anybody there.
Zero stars. We waited over an hour for our food before requesting a refund. The drive thru seemed to be their priority not the dinning room guests.They had frozen food sitting on the counter as well. That is definitely a health code violation. The manager on duty had to call an employee from home to issue the refund. The incompetence was real. If you have a staffing issue close either the dinning room or the drive thru.
I use to enjoy Freddy’s a lot because I believed it was an upgraded steak and shake basically but this location in general. Absolutely terrible service new management needed immediately!!!! Waited in the drive thru line for an hour must’ve forgot what’s priority after ordering and waiting for the hour finially talked to someone they didn’t know three people before us just got out of line, and had the person who was two people in front of us order finially done. Very slow service. Ordered food for dine in and it took 40 minutes for our number to be called
Three stars for the food because it's super unhealthy and when I say no cheese then I don't mean two slices. Service seemed on par. Five star for atmosphere because I drive thru and stayed in my car
