Always fresh, hot, service is right on, never had to wait even with drive thru
Ordered off the Freddy's app, ordered a burger combo with grilled onions, pickles and Freddy sauce. I get my order and I get home to a burger with only cheese and onions with no pickles and NO SAUCE!! On top of it every time I go (which is rare and they always mess up!) they never put the seasoning packets in the bag and I paid for Freddy's sauce packets that weren't there either!!!! So I had a sauceless meal!! Not coming back!!!!!!!
We ordered a salad. It was basically a hot dog container with a little lettuce and a cut up chicken tender for $9! Shameful
