Usually. A Freddy's is good, not this one. "It's not the name of the business but rather those operating it that create success or failure". Order was wrong, food was cold, employees who don't care or are nice enough to make things right. With the amount charged and paid, one would think good, fast food as ordered, would not be so challenging. The cost we charge ourselves and conditions we accept when approving too high of minimum wages for those providing less than below minimum standards.
Ate at Freddy's and the chicken sandwich and onion rings were fantastic. My order was taken by Finn who went above and beyond to provide me with outstanding customer service. He even took the time to make sure all tables in the lobby were kept clean at all times. I will recommend this restaurant to everybody.
