Decent burgers but really overpriced.
Clean, friendly staff. Visiting from Canada and it was a pleasant experience. They came up to us and offered the kids a toy, they were happy. Food was fresh hot and didn’t take long at all. Would be back. Happy first time customers !!!
Freddy's is the best smash burger chain in the country with Culver's a close second
Absolutely horrible service!! Let me start by saying we stood at the counter for 15 minutes before someone even came up and asked if we were ready to order. We placed our order. They sent out our order to somone in the drive thru. Waited 35 minutes for them to remake our order. 3 young kids working. Eating fries in the back. Playing around. Place was super dirty and gross. Just came out of eye surgery and Freddy's was nearby so we stopped. One family was seated waiting on their food when we entered. We ordered two double burgers with sides and orange shakes. Took a while and we found burgers to be tasteless The orange shakes are overpowered with orange flavor. You just need a light orange flavor. Not a restaurant we would come back to.
