my burger’s bun had mold on it. Freddy’s refused to refund me and instead offered me $20 off my next purchase.
So it took 5 explanations and 15 minutes to figure out I wanted a kids sundae with my kids meal and not some giant extra dessert. The young girl was confused, but it’s okay. The manager did go over everything with me and corrected the situation. The food was decent but it still cost me $44 for me and two kids…and one was a kids meal 😵💫😵💫 Only come here if you have patience
It sucks to give a bad rating because the food is very good. But the service at this location is awful. Waited in the drive thru speaker for 4 minutes with 1 car in the parking lot and 1 car at the pickup window. Never even got the chance to order anything.
Jackie was awesome at the drive through. So nice and patient ☺️
