It's a fast food restaurant with decent food, friendly staff where I went to at the time
The worst experience I have ever had at the Freddy’s on Costco Way in Bellevue Wi!! I ordered a Strawberry Shake and was told they don’t do Shakes😳 🤦♀️ I ordered a Single Plain Hamburger and got a double cheeseburger 🤦♀️ the onion rings I ordered were all stuck together 🤷🏻♀️ When I brought these issues to the attention of the worker she said the person who took my was new, was rude and offered nothing to rectify the situation but did say I could purchase a shake 😂 Won’t be going back!!
Not sure if this chain just pays awful or what but from Kansas to Green Bay and everywhere in between these places are horribly slow paced and always under staffed. Shortest I’ve ever waited, with literally no one else in the store, is 17 minutes. If you’re going to rip off Culver’s you gotta do better.
