Two cars in drive through including myself. Five cars parked at store. Placed order before 5:19 although receipt reads differently. Spent well over 23 minutes in the drive thru waiting on food. No update by drive thru person. Meanwhile we could hear her and other staff members just yapping away. I usually have nothing but praise for Freddys’s as a whole but tonight’s experience was simply bad. When I got home the food was no longer fresh.
