*Long story short: check your bag out the window Usually don't do reviews, but last night, I ordered a meal with a side of cheese curds and two shakes. I only received the two shakes, the drink from my meal, and two sides of fries. It was only till I got home when I checked the bag and was immediately furious and left a one star. Ice cream, the attention was the worst, and they don't attend to people who speak Spanish, really what an ugly experience
I pull up to the drive-through at 9:30 PM. There are seven staff members standing out in the back while I order my food. I then proceed to the window after ordering and see an employee eating ice cream. It took 15 minutes for me to get my food and my french fries were as solid as a rock Absolute terrible service. Worst Freddy’s in America.
They use fake banana flavoring here in NM as opposed to AZ. For that reason alone, simply not using real banana the whole vibe is off. I wouldn't want to order anything Cherry and have it taste like cough syrup.
