Service was great and food was good!
My family decided to meet up and go to Freddy’s. Unfortunately, we will never go back. We waited an hour for our food and it still wasn’t ready. They made 3/4 of our food and it sat there for over 25 minutes on the counter while they filled drive through orders. They never made my husbands order. At that time I felt the food on the counter and it was cold. I asked numerous times when the food would be ready before finally asking for a refund and a manager. Everything was perfect! The employees all do everything they can even when they are slammed. All the food is cooked to order and hot. 10/10
I came through the drive thru last night 10 minutes after close and they still took my order. The cashier was very nice and understanding as my sister is pregnant and having cravings 😂. Please don't do what I did but thought I'd leave a review for them being nice enough to take my order and have it handed in a timely manner.
