We’ve never had a bad experience here. In fact, we’ve always had exceptional service. For one, a few years ago, we were in there and the owner (not sure if the same one now) gave my kids free ice cream for a small mess up. I’ve worked for this owner before and he is genuinely a kind person who likes to keep his staff motivated to serve good food. We waited to order for 10 minutes. There were no other customers. Then waited another 20 minutes to get 2 ice creams. Still no customers. There were 3 employees just standing around not doing anything. And when we finally got our ice cream, it wasn’t even filled up all the way and the cups were cracked on the side and dripping!
