I saw a commercial on TV last night, was going to be in the area and decided to give it a try. It was very crowded, around lunchtime, which I guess says people like it. We have Steak and Shake and Culver's in the area which are rather similar - steakburgers and and shakes/frozen custard. I had the prime rib steakburger, fries, and an "orange cream frost". Ordered from here before. Food was good. Today I ordered a double burger and the second burger was still raw. I had to remove that burger from my sandwich. When you pay for your food you expect them to take the time to cook it thoroughly. Very disappointed.
