Just ate here and my one year old knocked one of our burgers and fries on the floor. A kind worker immediately came to the booth and said she would get us a fresh burger and fries. Absolutely didn’t expect that and it was so nice of her! I didn’t get her name but her kindness sure went a long way. Thank you!

Yes its steak in shake if they still cared about there product. But thats why I go there
Their food is delicious and their employees are friendly and helpful. I seldom go, because they don't have a drive thru.
