Horrible service, sat for so song waiting in line my food was cold before I left the store. Had to remake my frost 3 times because it came out as a liquid then the one I finally left with had no Dr Pepper in it.
Had us waiting in the drive through for almost an hour. When we ordered food they said we could only get unsweet tea due to water issues. Said nothing about food. Get to the window and the young girl says “ugh I have to say all of this again.” Then continues to tell us if we want food we will get cold stuff that’s been sitting out. Can’t cook because they don’t have water to clean utensils. I asked her why she didn’t tell us this when we ordered and she said her manager said they couldn’t tell anyone.
