came here with my family and the service was horrible, they were so rude to us. we let them know the starry was out of syrup and they shrugged and said okay, then we order chicken tenders and they were completely frozen on the inside so we told them and they said they’d remake them and brought out more frozen chicken tenders. 6 frozen chicken tenders in total which is INSANE and DISGUSTING. to apologize they brought us a large plate of chicken tenders which we didn’t want to eat after all things considered. to top everything... read more
Probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever been in. Water all over the dining area, trash on the floor, Overflowing trash cans. Just a heads up, they prioritize their drive thru over “to-go”, 33 minutes waiting. Shake and food was good at least.
This place was okay. I give it two stars because when my boyfriend and I arrive there we’re about 5-6 people standing around 2 being at the counter and no one would come to the counter. When someone finally did we got our drinks and the tea was out it tasted like bad water. The ketchup was also out someone who was standing at the counter at the beginning told the workers the ketchup was out and they just stood around and no one came and changed out the ketchup. The Vernal location was absolutely amazing. I love their fries! Not as busy as some other locations.
Really good for fast food. The service was quick and my food was hot and fresh. Everyone here was very polite and quick. I would highly recommend.
