I usually dont do reviews but this experience was terrible. There was 5 of us traveling (flying) ofcourse tired & hungry by the time we got here. We went & ordered for 5 ppl ($75) then we walked back to our seating area to eat. Fries were cold, were not fresh. 1 of our 5 orders was wrong. 1 of the other orders went straight in the trash & he walked somewhere else & bought food there & came back. How do you go to Freddy’s and there is no frozen custard and the excuse is that they close in an hour. Sounds like pure laziness. Paying an arm and a leg and an airport and they can’t even serve custard.
The cross contamination situation.you can see the service providers making your food in addition to preparing & other necessary duties to keep the flow. I do not eat beef. The person making the food made a hamburger then touched my bun after the person working in the frying area wiped her forehead and pushed up glasses. Good burger
I had never been to a Freddy’s. The food was great. I love the skinny fries. The workers went above and beyond. They saw I had a knee brace and since it wasn’t busy they brought my food to my table. I WILL go again next time through OKC.
