The cashier was great. But today once our food was ready I went to pick it up (we dined inside) and the fries were completely unseasoned. So I asked if there was any seasoning packets. The girl (brown short hair, bangs covering face and glasses) reluctantly gave me 3 packets, I asked if we could have more and she gave me two more packets while rolling her eyes and groaning like this is the hugest task anyone's ever asked of her. Took my girlfriend here for a quick dinner since we had to run down to Franklin tonight. We both got double cheeseburger meals with fries and cheese to dip the fries in. The soda machine in the lobby didn't have ice. They did fill our ice behind the counter but my root beer and her Dr. Pepper both tasted flat. Maybe because the whole machine was warm??? Delicious smash burgers and I love the tots!
The food is always so good. I’d give it a 6/5 if I could.
The food tasted good and the workers are working hard. However, when I went there the ice machine was broken and you had to ask for ice from the back. There was no carbonation in the drinks (I told the workers). They lost my frozen custard order and I had to remind them to give it to me. The workers were nice and apologetic, but it was not a great experience.
