Horrible experience. I was greeted with a monotone depressing greeting with zero manners, and placed in the drive thru window for genuinely 16 min before an employee finally opened the window and only told me the price, no apology for the wait or even a greeting. I was the only one in line and only ordered a few ice creams. Sloppy and pitiful. Do better.
It is always cold. I have never visited and it been a comfortable level of heating. Service is good.
