New to the area, and used the drive-thru. Friendly service, fresh food!

Great food but eat inside it's even better!
I usually go to the other custard place but was curious about Freddy's. I drove to the order speaker and a girl started speaking a bunch of gibberish. I had no idea what she said. I started to order after she stopped talking and she got rude and said she wanted my name. I gave up, I drove through and went to the other place , where they are always polite and helpful.
