Absolutely appalled by this service and restaurant. Lobby was filthy, staff in the back blaring rap music with vulgar language, being disrespectful, on their phones WITH gloves on and the proceeding to touch food, just horrible. Management needs to get their stuff together. I wouldn’t even take my worst enemy here.
Love their burgers and Sundays.
They prep area is a disaster. I had to Sk for my food to be remade and once it was it was delicious. But I won't eat here again. Thank goodness that they allow you watch your food being made. If I were a health inspector it would get an F
We came around 12:52 pm at the drive thru. We got the wrong bag of food. Came in and talk to the manager in charge. She was very polite and apologetic about what happened. I said it was an honest mistake. The combo meal that we order is no longer available. She offered to replace it with something else. The staff work together to get our food right. Thank you!
