Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a plain hamburger and fry. Didn’t get my order ended up getting a sandwich with onions cheese mushrooms and whatever else. Had to wait another 10 minutes To get my correct order! Ridiculous
I have never left a review but after yet another time my order was not made correctly my patience has worn off. My order is not complicated - single cheeseburger with nothing but extra cheese and extra onion. However, the Harrison Ohio location can’t ever get it right. I can not drive off without checking my order and all but 1 time, that I can remember, I have to hand it back and have it remade. Tonight I waited nearly 25 minutes to get a simple cheeseburger.
