Customer service was excellent. There was a misunderstanding about the number of drinks ordered, which was not a big deal, but the manager gave us two $10 vouchers for future use just because I guess? Either way, that was a really nice gesture and they've earned my business for as long as I have cravings for those amazing shakes. TBH, even before the misunderstanding, the experience was pleasant.
"Freddy's is an absolute favorite! The steakburgers are always cooked fresh with those perfectly crispy edges, and the shoestring fries with fry sauce are unbeatable. Topped it off with their rich, creamy frozen custard. Fast service, friendly staff, and top quality every time!"
