i went thru the drive thru with 2 gift cards and they messed up on my order and we had trouble with the cards but the older lady ( i didn’t cat her name, looked to be a manager) was extremely sweet and gave me a free milk shake and a extra bag of food 😭. great customer service !
I tried Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers and it definitely stood out. I got the grilled cheese steakburger and it was really good I love how unique it is compared to a typical burger. The patties are super thin, which gives it that classic crispy edge, and the fries are thin, crispy, and small, adding to that signature Freddy’s style.
