I ordered a double cali burger with a small and a triple cali with a large fries it took at least 10 minutes for the order. I was the only vehicle there for 1/2 of that time, so they weren't busy I ate one of the fries on the way home, in the car. So it's not like I waited until I got home to eat the fries. They weren't hot! They were luke warm at best. They didn't give us the 2nd order of fries. The burgers were decent. Maybe if the staff stopped playing around and actually making food it wouldn’t take 15 (not exaggerating) minutes to get an order of cheese curds.

Pulled up to the drive-thru on a Friday night at 8:15. (They close at 11). Sat there for about 5 minutes asking "hello"? Started to pull off when I saw someone at the back door and asked if the drive thru was open. They said to pull up to the window. I placed my order at the window and then waited for about 15 minutes for my food to come out during which time another person asked me what I ordered and I had to tell them again and tell them that I had already paid (got no receipt btw).
