They gave me the wrong burger, after clarifying over the speaker. Seemingly forgot about my concrete until about a minute after they gave me my burger. Burger was cold by the time I got to my hotel room in the same parking lot.

Zero stars, Awful customer service at the Arlington location pulled up at 9:53 PM store closes at 10 PM, Drive thru open sign on. Told rudly after waiting a few minutes "we're closed"
100/10 Amazing food! Perfect customer service! The vibe is chill enough to bring your kids. Very clean! And did I mention the food was delicious? You gotta try the shakes too! We will definitely be back!
