Great steak burgers. If you're going to eat fast food.... this is hands down the best option for burgers.
This is by far the worst restaurant (Freddy’s) ever! The service these employees seem to care about providing bad service. First, it takes forever to get your order in and get your food. They lost the concept of “fast food”. Then, they throw your food in the bag like you did something to them. It’s just too bad that people come here on their vacation and get treated like this. The chain deserves better representation.
I visited this Freddy's because of its 4.5-star rating, and the food was good. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I was incorrectly charged for an extra jalapeño burger I didn't order and will wait for the refund to process. In addition, the frozen custard included with my child's meal was served with a very small portion, and the replacement was even smaller. Everything was 5 star, from food, to time waiting for food and service was amazing!! Definitely one of our favorites spots now
