The lady (Louise) taking orders has to be new and needs more training. We had four people and she didn't put the seconds persons order in so we had to go back and forth trying to get one of our daughters food made. She also walked away to collecting trays and forgot to make the milk shakes. Louise became rude when we tried to get her to fix her mistakes. The food was amazing when we got it and the manager and cook were very quick to correct the issues.

Drive through. They put mustard on their "smash" burgers. It is a little more expensive than most fast food. Usually a wait at drive thru.
Five star rating all around. So happy to see a Freddy's this close to the house. Always looked for them when traveling out west, now they are making their way here! Love the burgers and custard. The food, service, and atmosphere were all great.
