This location needs a lot of help, they are rude, and have no idea what they are doing.
We tried Freddy’s for the first time at this location. The employee that took I order wasn’t exactly friendly but did manage get our order correct. Recently we stopped in for our second time to order some concretes but said they were out of custard. Probably won’t waste my time with a third visit.
This is a good place to eat. Good food. Can't go wrong with the food here. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed in was the cleanliness of this location. It's fairly new, the bathroom was dirty, and doors could have been wiped down. We were the only ones there and staff was just hanging around. That's why I gave 4 stars for atmosphere UPDATE...Came back and it was just the same as far as cleanliness and staff.. .tables need to be wiped down and womens bathroom out of order and custard machine was broken 😫
I hate to leave a bad review and never do, but whoever owns this location needs to fire the manager and employees that were there tonight! There were more than enough workers but they were just standing around with NO burgers on the grill!!! Customers were telling people to leave and not bother with ordering. It was a crap show. I know for one, my grandson who has strong work ethic, he’s worked with me on odd jobs in the summer so I know, tried to get a job there with no luck! Food is usually pretty good but wait times are getting insane. Went through the drive through one time a couple weeks ago, waited over 25 minutes with no one in front of me. Today we went again dining in. Ordered our meal. Multiple people were waiting on theirs. They came by and asked to retake everyone’s order about 10 minutes after I ordered mine. Even with that it took over 30 minutes again. Just seems like a very long time for “fast food”.
