Terrible service . We came in not that busy . Me my wife and my daughter . No ice cream . We waited almost 40 minutes inside to get food . We had three meals nothing crazy . I watched 5 carryout orders ginger out to people ahead of us . Terrible customer service no apology for the wait . Manager not taking charge . Terrible all around . Burger was good fries were hard and not good . Hot dog for my 2 year old hard and burnt .
Had a previous bad experience but Freddy's made it right!! Sent me a free meal voucher after waiting over an hour for food
