Great food and staff
Enjoyed the food and was fairly fast considering a busy line. Comparable to Culver's but just my opinion and that's ok! A bit of a wait but the Manager was awesome by keeping us updated.
Guest service has changed tremendously under new management. Freddy’s is not a Fast Food restaurant like McDonald’s or Burger King. You get fresh pressed burgers and fresh fries at all times. Yes, it might take a little longer for the food but it’s because it’s being cooked and prepared as it’s being ordered. Good food takes time.
I've been to this location at least 5 times and every time i think "they are probably better now.". Nope. Every single time, all drive-thru, it is at least a 5-10 minute wait AFTER getting to the window. Its never busy when i go, yet the wait is still ridiculous and the food is never hot. What are we waiting for? Not-so-fasr food, would be a proper slogan for this location.
Service has certainly changed from opening day. Ordered a double California burger, requested Xtra pickles. Got none, but got Xtra onions. Furthermore, the serve time is slow as a snail. Ordered a double bacon cheese burger, barely any on the burger. What a joke
