They had no vanilla custard. They only had chocolate. So we did get anything we just left.
I had an experience at Freddy's last month with a long wait time and incorrect item in my order. I called Freddy's and spoke with a manager who was genuinely apologetic regarding my poor experience. The manager let me know that next time I come to Freddy's, my meal will be fantastic. I just visited Freddy's and my lemon cream frost was absolutely delicious and my fries were hot, crispy with plenty of toppings. Fantastic experience. Thank you!
