This was the 2nd time here. Both times I went thru the drive thru. Order 2 milkshakes (which are amazing) but can't for the life of me understand why both times it has taken 15 mins to make a milkshake. Both times literally 15 mins. It sucks because they are soo good but to wait that long for 2 milkshakes and seeing all the staff inside just standing around!?!?
