Will not be returning again. You are too overpriced to be making orders wrong, only to then be followed up with POOR service to try and fix the situation, for which, the "fixed" situation to come back out wrong AGAIN! Would give 0 stars if it were possible, ridiculous.
Food was really good. Customer service was awful. A guy named trampis was irritable and very snappy at me. And another girl was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to make my custard. I would definitely be back if staff was under control.
Place was pretty empty 6 other people dining, 6-7 employees and it’s still taking 45 minutes for 2 custards. Seriously how long does it take?
Order was wrong and the employees were put out with me because I wanted what I ordered - not what they fixed - and then, when they had a new sundae it wasn’t made correctly either and when I asked for the hot fudge the employee said “it just says a delight - nothing about hot fudge” I get that we all have bad days - but really - it’s not my fault. And - my brownie taste like burger and fries - I’m thinking you need a better airtight container!
