Changing my 4 star to a 1 star. We just came through the drive thru on a Sunday night at 8:30 pm on December 7th. It's been a while since we came through last. They close at 10 pm, for reference. The young girl taking our order asked us what we wanted. We ordered one item and immediately the girl gave us the total. We told her we weren't done and we continued to order. I go to Freddys all the time in south Texas. This location was absolutely terrible. Placed an order to be picked up at 9:15. Picked it up and the food was freezing and stale. Plus there were items missing on my order. I immediately told the lady at the window and she was rude off the bat. Closed the window and rolled her eyes. Her and the manager blamed us for the food sitting for so long, but why was my food sitting for 35 minutes if I came only 5 minutes past pickup time. The Prime Rib Steakburger was really good, but there seemed to be no staff taking orders. I'm not sure if it was because they were busy. I had to wait about 5 minutes to place my order.
