The restaurant was a little loud. The cashier didn't hear me when I asked for no cheese. Unfortunately, I'm lactose intolerant and although it was very busy Hailey personally remade my order for me! I appreciate her patience
Food was good, tables were all dirty floors were sticky
So the 2.8 this place has is about right. They’re out of a lot. I think they should probably close when they’re this out of things. No cheese fry cheese, no chicken tenders, no tater tots, no lemonade, soda machine needs serviced (it’s not got the right amount of co2 coming out so mixes are way off and super syrupy). The dude in the back was great, he made sure they could handle allergies and knew what the fry oil was made of.
This location suffers from a lack of adequate management. They are always short of something, today it’s chicken tenders, tots, and French fries. I mean, French fries?!?! People come here for the fries, and it’s Sunday at lunchtime. Also they always run out of soda and never refill it even you tell them. I don’t blame the employees, because every time it’s different employees. That leaves management as the likely culprit. Sad. I’m sure we’ll still dine here on occasion, I just look forward to improvement.
Frozen custard was good. Service was slow and the dining areas were not very clean.
