Very clean, food was hot, tasty, and served with a smile.
Will NEVER go to Freddys again. Ordered a large fried cheese curd, look at the picture and you decide if it was a large (hint: used to be a big basket)
Just had a pretty atrocious customer service experience with Freddy's. I went through their drive thru and ordered 2 burgers and a fry. Once I got home, I realized that they only gave me 1 burger and the fries so I called into their store. I had to call 5 times before somebody picked up. When they finally picked up and I got to speak to the manager (Nicole), she didn't even apologize for the incident. She just said that they couldn't deliver the burger to me and that they couldn't issue a partial refund so my only option was... read more
