Update: Nobody actually got in contact with me, and their idea of solving the problem was a coupon for one free ice cream. Insane how poor their customer service is. Nobody ACTUALLY got in contact with me, just robot emails and I don’t think any feedback was actually heard. Won’t be returning in the future. I’m more frustrated with their lack of customer service and how impossible it is to speak to a representative than anything else. Ordered delivery through the app and it took over an hour to arrive because the driver made several other stops before me. The other stops aren’t the end of the world, but the food arrived cold which was disappointing for all of the delivery and service fees they charge. Food arrived cold, and was not correct. I have attempted to call, email, and leave feedback through the app and have gotten no response. I guess poor reviews are the only way to get these people’s attention. Very disappointing.
