Went through drive thru got 2 shakes and a large fry. Got to window the shakes were half melted and was given cups with small straws that constantly got stopped up by the fruit. The fries was cold and got it half way full. More like a regular fry in a large container. The one in rok hill is way better than this store for sure. Won't come back to this location and its the closest one to my house. Will drive further for better service.
Usually dont have issues but this time when dined in i had meal with tater tots...when I got it I had received only 5 tater tots...had to complain to get more....also at 6 pm on Saturday night-tables we're all dirty even though very few customers...was very disappointed in this last visit
long waits, half empty fries, smushed burgers and watery soda. Seriously what the heck happened this place used to be good now its not even tolerable. something nasty going on at this location now.
Updated review: We sat inside, it was my son’s 8th birthday, manager Zach gave him and his siblings free ice cream. The food and ice cream were both excellent, thank you!
