I always order custard, concrete - and it is NEVER correct. I think I have given them 4 oppotunities to make it right and they still haven't. They don't mix it the custard, they put toppings I requested to omit, they give me someone else's order... They also don't put the mobile orders in the correct areas. The bag is always on the counter and the food is always cold, even if I arrive within the time frame allotted. I love Freddy’s. My fast food burger of choice. This specific location has been dropping the ball lately. I’ve gone here 3 times in the past 3 months. They have messed my order up every time!!! It was time to preach about it. First time was a large carry out order so I gave the benefit of doubt they messed the order up. 2nd time was delivery and food was cold and soggy and order was again incorrect. I get food here occasionally but more often I pick up doordash orders from here. It's a great dining experience but one of my favorite restaurants to pick up doordash orders from. Great staff.
