Today we went with the desire to buy some ice cream. We only ordered a shake and a sundae. We ordered the medium size. We specified it twice when paying and realized they gave us the smallest size. We let the service person know. She didn't even offer to give us what we ordered. She just apologized. It's a shame the service is so terrible. When you pay for it, it's not free! We hope that next time, if we go back, it doesn't happen again.
Dont ever go through the drive thru. They will never get your order right. My wife finally got fed up and took the food back to make them give us what we ordered. The manager seemed irritated at my wife. No apology or any offer to offset my wife having to drive 5 miles back, just irritation. Then after handing them the receipt with the order clearly showing what was ordered, they messed it up again. The people they have working there and management are incompetent.
I placed an order for delivery and it was not correct. I ordered the cali and received something no way resembling the pic. I proceeded to walk over the restaurant and asked for a manager. Was asked to wait for the one on break or to wait for the one that disappeared. One came up took my complaint offered a replacement which I didn’t want and it would’ve been a waste since it wouldn’t have been eaten then walked away. This was my first experience to this restaurant and honestly I’m not sure if I will go back.
