It was a mess, so gross and dirty made me feel like I need to take a shower after because of how dirty it was, service was okay, the girl was just super quiet so it took us a minute to understand what she was saying
Lethargic workers who made me feel invisible. Stood at both counters and not a single word spoken. Like the zootopia sloths working at the dmv. No sense of urgency. It smelled gross too. Like burgers and spoiled milk. At least the burgers were decent.
This place was disgusting, food and trash all over the floor, everything was sticky, smelt like something was rotting
I am very dissapointed how this restaurant runs in Alamo Ranch area. Very unsanitary, trash over trash counter. Where is health department to check how management its not following the proper procedures. Its very dissapointed
This was my worst Freddie's experience in a long time. Visiting from out of state. Trash cans over flowing, soda machine tray falling off and dripping into a bucket, tables dirty, etc etc. Team seemed super overwhelmed and/or understaffed. Disappointing
