I watched the employee reach out of the window with gloves on and grab a drink from the car in front of me out of the drive-thru, take drinks of it, hand it back to the customer in the drive-thru, and then go back to serving fries. That's cross-contamination and it's disgusting.
I want to thank the entire team at this particular location as I came inside to use the restroom and left my purse in stall! Luckily, someone turned the purse in and all my contents were still inside! I wish nothing but the best for each and every one of the staff members and customer involved in this kind act may God bless you all and your families!!!!!
