Good food
Took them almost 50 minutes to make a chocolate brownie sundae. I ordered through the kiosk to make it faster too, no one was there to ask or help me or other customers standing.
Excellent experience. Glad that Freddy's has a self order kiosk so I was able to place my order without waiting in line. Burgers were fresh, French fries and onion rings were also delicious. Great meal, and so convenient inside of the casino. We will definitely be back!!
Bad experience. Was in line waiting about 5-10 min Other cashier came in on a different line and started taking orders skipped me after the long wait! They don’t care about customer care in this place!!
The burgers are good added cheese to the fries.
