New management is “Tatiana Moore” is very unprofessional and very unnecessarily rude. I would like to report her to corporate but she would refuse to give me the details for contact. She is super rude and mean to her employees and to guests. Only reason I would return is for the sweet workers.
Just stopped by after work with my partner, so it ended up being an hour before close. I understand people are tired at the end of their shift but despite repeating it back to us they got almost every part of our order wrong. We got 3 concretes and a patty melt meal, one ice cream was completely wrong, another was missing mix-ins, the patty melt had no onions and they forgot the drink.
