Absolute terrible service!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this Freddy's to anyone!! We were rushed, and I mean RUSHED to make our order. We got cut off twice in the drive-thru with our total, without even being finished with our order. Got to the window to finish our order after being cut off and told she couldn't change anything. We used the drive through heading home from a roadtrip. We love Freddy’s in our city. Asked for a medium vanilla shake and a single chocolate in a waffle cone. What we always order. I happened to spot on the menu board she had typed “single chocolate dish” so at the window I asked, that’s in a waffle cone correct as I saw dish on the order board. This location is downright awful every time I visit. Great customer service but how are we messing up the order every single time? Bro read my order back to me twice and still gave me the complete opposite of what I asked for. I’d rather eat crayons than eat at this establishment. Belton is better.
Edit: I did get ahold of them and they offered me a resolution. I did a mobile order. Picked it up and got home and I’m missing food. . Everytime I call I get mailbox is full try again later.
