The food is always good but the service is always hit and miss. Sometimes great and sometimes you wait ten minutes for a pick up order that's already prepared when you get there

I ordered two burgers and a small shake at the drive through that was $22.00. Waited in line for 15 minutes. The burgers were like mini smash burgers with absolutely no taste and only 5 bites. The patties were paper thin and a disgrace to hamburgers everywhere! The shake was $5 and was about 3 slurps. What a shameful excuse for a restaurant they have gotten to be. I was happier with 4 for $4 from Wendy’s. Will never go there again!

Just spent nearly an hour in the drive through. Ordered and paid only to realize my order was incorrect. Both times only had 2-3 other vehicles but took almost 30m each. The fact that we cannot take mobile orders through the drive through is incredibly frustrating.

we have tried this place for the third time and theres just always something wrong, missing, or unavailable. tonight all of our drinks are just carbonated water. the syrup is out on pepsi and sprite somehow. seems like its pure negligence. on top of all that it takes too long. nope

Please hire more polite staff who can actually handle the stress of working in food service. I’ve worked in food service before so I’m very understanding and patient with other food service workers, but there’s no excuse for taking out your frustrations on the customers. The food is good but it’s not worth dealing with the rude employees.
