I ordered delivery through the Freddy’s app almost a month ago. They outsourced their delivery through DoorDash, which was perfectly fine. The Dasher I was assigned got a flat tire and I didn’t receive my food for 2 1/2 hours. They sent a new person to pick it up and when he picked it up it was ice cold. No one thought to remake the meal. Boy - talk about disappointing! This particular Freddie's is awful! The large fry was cold and half full. And the Caliornia burger was missing most of the ingredients - look at the pic, ick!! This place is awful! I mean awful!! Skip it! Keep driving. I'm definitely sending this to corporate also. They should know how bad this franchise is.

Ordered a California burger that should’ve come with thousands island dressing lettuce onions and tomatoes, but it literally only had the burger, bum, lettuce and onion and it taste like trash. Super greasy, and meat looked old. The tater tots were hot but also tasted like old fried grease…This is my 2nd time giving this restaurant a chance. Never again ….
