The first time we came to try it, it took FOREVER & the sundae they gave us was over-filled & melted. We watched the guy try to get the lid on unsuccessfully before handing it to us for it to get all over the car. The meals were meh, overpriced & not great. The next 2 times my son & I went for only ice cream. The first time they were out of vanilla & second time brownies were frozen so no brownie sundae. Someone let me know when they've got it together & maybe we'll try again
Really tried to give it a chance. It’s my 3rd time here and not once have I waited less than 20 minutes in the drive thru… when I’m the only one in it. Food seems like it could be good, but it’s always cold. I live 7 minutes away and by the time I got my food and got home it was an hour later. Unfortunately this time took the cake. They always want to make the ice cream first and give it to us (why not have it waiting in a freezer like Culver’s?) and by the time we leave, it’s soup. All of the times I’ve been through the drive thru, I’ve had to wait 10+ minutes. Tonight I ordered a plain vanilla shake.Only car in the drive thru 2 cars in the parking lot. TEN MINUTES AND I NEVER GOT MY SHAKE. Guy handed me a bag of food and disappeared. Must have poor management!
