We ordered a Dr.pepper freeze with no whipped and it was brought to us and we were like oh this isn’t supposed to have whipped cream and the girl starting being embracive yelling yes it does come with it, we clarified we asked for no. Always poorly staffed
Ordered my meal on the app thinking that it would be ready at the drive thru window. App was very qwerky and wouldnt keep the location chose, it kept diverting from hilliard to tennessee. Finally took it right, and I paid by app. Waited in the line at drive thru, informed them I had a mobile order. They said oh you have to come inside for those. Went in fully expecting a bad experience. To my surprise my order was taken and food received all within 10 mins. The FOH person was overwhelmed but pleasant. All the tables in the inside were dirty. Food was cold but presentable and very much bland. I will definitely stick to Steak ‘n Shake.
