I tried Freddy's for the 1st time and loved it. I really love the custard cookies when made fresh. I tried them made fresh the 1st time and have now returned twice to get them again fresh. Each time returning I have been denied rudely by the same employee who insists that I get the premade (hard) one from the freezer. I do not like any type of food or dessert hard. It hurts my teeth. Took myself and my Family to Freddy's for the first time on Friday. We were VERY impressed. From the moment we walked in we were greeted, and being our first time eating at this restaurant, the lady at the counter (Sarina) was very patient and understanding. She even suggested some VERY TASTY ideas. Amazing place great burgers surprised it wasn't busier
Worst Freddy’s in Tucson, no ice for drinks, sodas were flat, and they were out of hot dogs. A girl worker said she would get us refills to make up for the flat sodas and she never did. I’m disappointed because I love Freddy’s but not this one.
