EDIT: I have recieved a 15 dollar off coupon from them so my rating has been adjusted. Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service & No Urgency This was my first visit to Freddy’s and likely my last. I placed a mobile order ahead of time for a mini chocolate concrete with two mix-ins to save time. When I arrived, I was handed a vanilla concrete instead. Had a great time at freddy's fenton, wonderful customer service and such a caring and understanding staff that helped me through my first time at freddys and 10/10 food, Do recommend, will be coming back soon.
