It was not a particularly memorable experience, but that means nothing detracted from the experience of eating here. Some members of my family are big Freddy's fans. For me, Whataburger is the reigning king, although they are inconsistent.
While dining here noticed a gentleman there was deaf and more than one employee went out of their way to communicate with him. Watching that level of above and beyond customer service for a customer was fantastic. Will come back to this location just from watching their team treat a guest like family. This level of service is hard to find. Great job!!
The food was amazing! And the employees were great!!! I aplode them very much, they came out and sang happy birthday to my son for his 13th birthday . It was super nice and thoughtful to even do that. We will be coming back when we are in Springfield again.
Awesome food and service.
Those kids bust there butts to make sure the order is correct. I was very satisfied with the service and the facility clean, bathroom was clean and Sophie was a great young lady what a pleasure.
Beware if you go drive through. I've been three times and every time what I got was massively wrong. So done with this place and the uncaring attitude of management and staff. Have complained to the manager; he literally said he didn't care if his employees got things wrong because he would just throw a refund.
Ordered our food and was asked if we wanted dressing with out order. We said yes we do...they didn't give us any. We ordered 2 meals, and we didn't recieve the whole order. How hard is it to read a screen and make what it says? I guess that's what you get with a high school education. The food isn't worth the cost either...or what you get of your order.
Good food, good service but clean the bathrooms.
This place is horribly ran. Management always cussing and yelling at staff. Management physically punching young kids. Making fun of religion. Kids getting high by the trash cans, staff pouring alcohol into custard and serving it to guest. When you call the store there's not a GM or a cooperate office to answer the concerns. Hope you go out of business . Farmington already has businesses that are ran this way don't need another
