Annette at the front desk and Carla in insurance / billing have been fabulous. They have gone above and beyond to follow through on all of the hoops with my insurance! Very grateful for their help and attentiveness! A few of the ultrasound techs have been so patient to explain what Im looking at as they scan - so helpful! And of course Dr. Montero and his Nurse Practitioners have been very gracious to answer any and all questions!
Excellent experience, great care. They gave me confidence and stabilized my pregnancy; I'm no longer in danger. Everyone is kind and respectful, and regardless of which doctor or nurse attends to you, they all know your case and medical history. It's as if they've been following my case from the very beginning.
Ive been calling your office for three days multiple times for updates regarding bloodwork I did almost a month ago, all extentions are unavailable. Regardless of time or day i call. Please do better.
