The MOST Incompetent office staff. Drove 2 hours for an appointment. Filled out all paperwork online and uploaded my insurance card. Spoke to the office who even stated they had my insurance referral. Show up for my appointment just to be told they don’t take my insurance.
Dr. Malpartida is truly exceptional. Caring, patient, and knowledgeable he always takes time to listen and explain things clearly. I feel well cared for and confident in my treatment. He is highly recommended.
