Laura is not only lovely, she is great at explaining products, telling me what she expects to see out of each step, and prepared me well throughout the service. Laura is a rock start. My daughter and I went today for waxing. My daughter had her eyebrows shaped, and I had my first bikini wax ever. Laura is warm, welcoming and competent. We both look great! Can't wait to go back and get facials. Highly recommended.

It's been about 2 hours since I returned home after 90 minutes of skin-pampering bliss at Freddy Fox Face's new spot inside Remedy on Telegraph Ave. I feel like I am walking around with a fragrant cloud of puffy freshness surrounding my head and I feel so relaxed. I can't stop touching my face, it doesn't feel like me because now my skin feels soft and hydrated and like it's half the age it was yesterday. Good job Laura and thank you.
Best facial I've ever had! Laura takes care of your skin-she doesn't beat it up. Love her holistic perspective on skincare and lovely organic product line. After coming in with a breakout and redness I was glowing after my treatment. I've found my new skin spot!
