Freddy’s Landscaping operates with a shocking lack of accountability. When their crew damaged my property, they refused to take responsibility and, worse yet, showed a complete disregard for making it right. Nicole, who handles their customer communication, was dismissive and unresponsive throughout and incredibly unprofessional. It’s clear this company does not stand behind its work or act with integrity when something goes wrong. Proceed with extreme caution.

Get off your phone while driving on the highway, you almost crashed into 2 different cars. Recording someone who is trying to make you take accountability for your actions isn’t cute.

I had one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever dealt with, all because of Nicole — the client service manager at Freddy Landscaping & Co. On March 18th, my parked car was hit by one of their company trucks in what turned into a hit-and-run. I was lucky to have a witness in my car and another walking her dog who saw it happen and confirmed everything. Despite that — and an official police report clearly stating their driver was at fault — Nicole treated me with complete disrespect from the start. W... read more
